I’m Coach Crystal, founder of MVMNT and your Strong & Flexy coach.

I help burned-out lifters and high-achievers build strong bodies and flexible nervous systems, so movement supports their life instead of draining it.

I’m a kinesiologist, therapist, and certified weightlifting coach who’s spent years working with high performers. My work blends strength training, mobility, recovery, and nervous system regulation to help you move without pain, recover better, and feel at home in your body again.

You don’t have to accept joint pain, tight hips, or waking up exhausted as your “normal.” And you don’t need to hustle harder to fix it.

  • Start with the “Start Here” collection in the membership. It provides simple, guided steps to help you begin your MVMNT journey, even if you’re completely new.

  • The Daily MVMNT routines range from 10-20 minutes. Start with just 10 minutes a day—whether it’s stretching, breath work, or mobility drills—and build from there.

  • Yes! Our targeted collections are designed to address specific issues, including low back tension, tight shoulders, and hip discomfort, helping to relieve pain and improve mobility.

  • Nervous system regulation practices, like breathwork and grounding techniques, help shift your body from “fight-or-flight” mode to “rest-and-digest.” This allows your body to activate its natural recovery processes, reducing stress and anxiety over time.

  • No special equipment is required—most routines can be done with just your body and a comfortable space. If specific tools are recommended, such as a yoga mat, block, towel, foam roller, or resistance bands, these will be mentioned in the routine. Some warm-up routines may include equipment commonly found in gyms, but these are optional.

  • Life happens, and that’s okay! MVMNT is designed to meet you where you are. Simply pick up where you left off—consistency over time is what matters most.

  • The Daily MVMNT routines are short and easy to fit into your day. Plus, you’ll have access to progress tracking, monthly challenges, and community support to keep you motivated.
