You’ll need access to a fully equipped gym—barbell, bumper plates, squat rack, and a few additional tools like dumbbells, cable pulleys, a bench, and bands for accessory work.

Each session is 55-75 minutes of training, plus 10-15 minutes of mobility or recovery work. The program is designed to fit into a busy schedule without sacrificing results, but it depends on how heavy you lift.
