How The Challenge Works

The Challenge Starts Monday, November 6th

The video link(s) will be sent to you EVERY DAY for 4 days Starting Monday, November 6th (So be sure to keep an eye out for the emails so you can Mobilize and WIN!!)

Reminder to check ALL your email folders on your computer. Unfortunately, we often end up in your promotions or spam folders and it's easier to catch on your computer!

How To WIN

  • Participate with us EVERY DAY throughout the week (Nov. 6-9)

  • FOLLOW @mobility_mvmnt and @crystalmderry on Instagram

  • POST to your Instagram feed every day of the challenge with the hashtags:

    #RelaxandUnwind #MovewithCrystal #MobilityMVMNT

  • Story posts get you extra entries; make sure to tag us @mobilitymvmnt and @crystalmderry

  • TAG us @mobility_mvmnt and @crystalmderry on Instagram in the captions (and on the photo/video)

  • This post can be a video of you doing the mobility routine with Crystal or listening to your meditation

  • Remember, in order for us to see your post, you must turn your profile to PUBLIC
