The Challenge Starts Monday, November 3rd
The video link(s) will be sent to you EVERY DAY for 4 days Starting Monday, November 3rd (be sure to keep an eye out for the emails so you can RELAX and WIN!!)

DAY 1
Starts with a gentle moving full body release to ease you into the challenge along with education on how to regulate your Nervous System. (Workbook included!)

DAY 2
Work on releasing the glutes and hips, a place where trauma and emotions can often get stuck causing a lot of tension in these areas.

DAY 3
For the desk workers, chronic worriers and people who slouch Day 3 is for you! Time to unwind your posture and allow your heart space to breathe.

DAY 4
My friends with sciatic pains and constant low back aches, this routine will melt your problems away. don’t forget to take advantage of your newfound knowledge of Nervous System Regulation and do the meditation that’s right for you! (You’ll see inside!)
