I walk you through a quick vagal toning exercise followed by a lovely neck mobility routine

Using bilateral stimulation to engage our nervous system followed by a gentle chest & shoulder mobility routine

I show you how to check in with your body which gives us an opportunity to learn how oo listen to our body followed by a restorative hip routine

DAY 4
Using eye movement to engage the cranial nerves followed by an active hip and ankle mobility routine
