MVMNT is

Evolving

We’re shifting and here is

where you can find MVMNT routine’s

After nearly 10 years, the MVMNT membership is officially closing.

But the work isn’t going anywhere — it’s evolving.

Daily MVMNT routines will be available on YouTube, along with new content on recovery, nervous system regulation, and performance.

Where Mobility MVMNT is going

I started MVMNT to make movement accessible, supportive, and something you could come back to every day. That hasn’t changed.

What’s changing is how you access it.

You can now find Daily MVMNT routines on YouTube:

Along with mobility, you’ll also find more education around recovery, nervous system regulation, and sustainable performance.

What I’m building now

I’m stepping more fully into high-performance coaching and coach education.
Working with athletes and developing resources for coaches using the MVMNT method.

This next chapter focuses on the intersection of:

  • strength training

  • nervous system regulation

  • emotional resilience

  • sustainable performance

Thank you for being part of MVMNT and my evolution.

XO,

Crystal

Hey! I’m Crystal

High-performance weightlifting coach, therapist, and the founder of MVMNT.

With a background in kinesiology, therapeutic counselling, and years coaching high-performing athletes, my work sits at the intersection of strength, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

I help people move without pain, recover more effectively, and build strength in a way that actually lasts.

For the past 10 years, MVMNT has supported thousands of people in building mobility, resilience, and a better relationship with their bodies.

Now, I’m focused on expanding that work: supporting both athletes and coaches in developing sustainable performance through smarter training, recovery, and regulation.

You’ll now find most of my work shared freely on YouTube, including daily movement, mobility, and nervous system practices.

You don’t need to push harder. You need a better way to support your body.

Let’s build that together.
