  • Yes. You'll need to cancel your membership yourself. This ensures the cleanest experience and helps you avoid any unwanted charges.

    How you cancel depends on how you signed up:

    • Online membership: Log in to your account through a web browser mobilitymvmnt.com
      → Go to your account in the top right corner

      → Click on your name

      → Click on the Purchases tab

      → Click Manage Plan

      → Click End Membership

    • Apple/iOS membership:

      → Go to your iPhone Settings

      → Tap your name

      → Subscriptions

      → Find MVMNT

      → Tap Cancel Subscription.

    • Google Play membership:

      → Open the Google Play app

      → Tap your profile icon

      → Payments & Subscriptions

      → Subscriptions

      → Find MVMNT

      → Tap Cancel

    If you're not sure how you signed up, check the MVMNT app: tap more, then tap account, then tap purchases or check your original purchase receipt (it'll be from either Apple, Google, or MVMNT directly).

  • If you subscribed through the website, your billing will stop automatically when the membership closes.

    But if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, Apple and Google manage that billing independently. Which means you'll need to cancel through them directly to stop future charges.

    I really don't want anyone to get an unexpected charge, so please take a moment to cancel if you signed up through an app.

  • That depends on your billing cycle. No charges will be made after August 7, 2026.

  • Please cancel your membership at your earliest convenience. If you want to have access right up until the membership sunsets then cancel by July 15th or before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again.

    If you're not sure when that is, check your account settings or your original sign-up confirmation email.

  • Some videos may move to YouTube or become available in other formats down the road, but nothing is confirmed yet.

  • I'm not offering prorated refunds for the current billing cycle, but I want to make sure no one is charged beyond the close date.

    If you have a concern, just reach out.

    If you're on an semi-annual or annual plan and have time remaining, these will be handled manually and issue a refund for the unused portion of your membership.

  • Yes. We will cancel your semi-annual or annual membership manually and issue a refund for the unused portion of your membership.

    Refunds can take up to three weeks to process and will be returned to your original payment method. If you have any questions about your refund, email us at support@mobility-mvmnt.com.

  • Yes, the Daily MVMNT videos aren't disappearing. I'll be moving some content to YouTube so you can still press play and move with me every day.

    • Email: you'll still get two emails a month: a daily MVMNT email with the YouTube calendar, and a mid-month check-in. You can opt out anytime.

  • Email us at support@mobility-mvmnt.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

  • You won't be able to download video assets, but you can download any of the monthly workbooks from the Daily MVMNT under the Resources tab.

    I'd encourage you to do this before August 7 if there's anything you want to keep.
