This program is for anyone with experience performing the Olympic lifts; Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
We have lifters of all levels, from beginners to high-performance competitors, and many masters athletes.
The program is designed to accommodate a range of abilities and is comprehensive for all types of athletes.

The program is a 3-4 day/week.
Each session is about 75-90 minutes of training.
The program is based on a 6-12 week training cycle progression. It is an ongoing monthly program building week to week and periodized throughout the year.

The Lift Local Club Program + Coaching fee is $175.00 CND
Once we send you the invite to the online programming you will be able to set up your online account and payment information that will be billed on a monthly reoccurring until you cancel.
To attend in person sessions with your coach, we will release a monthly schedule where you can sign up to attend training sessions with us.
The Lift Local - Program ONLY is $54.98 and does not include any coaching. -
The Lift Local Club includes a hybrid of in-person coached team training sessions at Rise Strength Lab and remote video feedback on lifts through our program app.
The monthly program LIFT is an online program ONLY.
No coaching or video analysis is provided in this program. If you are looking for video analysis and coaching feedback please apply for the Club Program. -
The Head Coach of the Lift Local Club is Crystal Derry, she is currently mentoring coaches and you will be paired with a coach that best suits your goals. Crystal will be involved in coaching team training and all club program design.

If you're invited to join the Lift Local Club you will need a Rise Strength Lab Membership to access the team training session.
If you are interested in online programming only and you are invited to the Lift Program ONLY then you will need access to a fully equipped gym to get the most out of this training program.
A barbell, bumper plates and a squat rack are the minimum required equipment needed.
Additional equipment such as a bench, dumbbells, cable pully, pull-up rig and bands are needed for various accessories.

Strength, Speed and CNS adaptations require time, consistency and a methodical approach.
Each 6-12 week cycle builds on the next and will have a periodized approach throughout the weightlifting season. The program will be released monthly.
The program will be based on your 1 Rep Max (RM) percentages or your rate of perceived exertion (RPE).

Head Coach Crystal
Hi, I’m Crystal, the Founder and Creator of Mobility MVMNT, and I’ve spent over a decade immersed in the sport of Olympic weightlifting. My passion lies in empowering female athletes and creating a space where strength and movement come together to transform lives. I’m proud to be a fully Comp Dev certified weightlifting coach and certified to coach internationally— first female in my province and one of only three women in Canada to hold this certification.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, where athletes at any level can thrive. I’m here to help you excel, whether you’re just starting out or dreaming big. With a focus on mentorship, I’m dedicated to inspiring the next generation of female coaches and athletes.
