I’m Coach Crystal—founder of MVMNT, and your guide to building mobility, recovery, and nervous system resilience with ease.

With a B.Sc. in Kinesiology, credentials in therapeutic counselling, CSEP CPT and a Chartered Professional Coach in weightlifting, FRC + FMS certified, and years coaching high performers. I help you move without pain, recover better, and feel at home in your body again.
