    DAY 1

    Starts with a gentle moving full body release to ease you into the challenge along with education on how to regulate your Nervous System. (Workbook included!)

    Work on releasing the glutes and hips, a place where trauma and emotions can often get stuck causing a lot of tension in these areas.
