Explore the MVMNT

First things first, take some time to get acquainted with the app.

At the top of the video library you will see our featured programs. You can easily view our recently added videos here as well.

Next, you will see the “welcome” section - if you are new to mobility training and/or need some extra guidance, look no further!

From there, you’ll find the Daily MVMNT Practice. This section includes a weekly curated program to offer a dynamic range of routines.

In a rush and short on time? I have you covered with the MVMNT “Snacks”. These videos range between 3-6 minutes in length and are perfect to fit into any busy schedule.

With MVMNT, you have the ability to go beyond the physical range of motion to discover holistic routines. MVMNT is designed for whole-body self-care: nervous system, breathing, joints, and more.

Warm Up, Recover, Restore (And Repeat!)

Warm up – Before you start any workout routine, it is crucial to prime your nervous system. Motor control drills, activation drills, and active mobility work are all effective ways to warm up the body for exercise. You will find instructional videos featuring my warm up routines on the app.

Recovery – Once your workout is complete, it’s time for 10-20 minutes of recovery training. This will help bridge the gap between exercise induced stress and a relaxed nervous system. While it may be tempting to skip recovery routines, resist the urge! The only way to properly recover from a workout is by winding down. Over time, your body will thank you!

Restorative – My restorative routines are best performed in the evening before bed. Or, you can incorporate them on rest days to help maintain or restore a state of Zen. Restorative practice is meant to relax the body and calm the mind, thereby improving your quality of sleep.

Repeat – Wake up recharged and ready to tackle a new day! Once mobility exercises and stretching become a part of your daily routine, you will see benefits you never imagined! From quicker recovery to improved performance and mental health, you’ll want the MVMNT app on your home screen every day.

If you have any questions as you look through the app, don’t hesitate to reach out to connect with us on TikTok or Instagram and join my community of strong fitness friends!
