  • Hip and spine mobility

  • Vagus nerve breath reset

  • Quick reflection in your workbook (check your inbox for your workbook or sign up below)

Just 20-ish minutes. That's it.

Before you start, check in with yourself:

  • How do your hips feel?

  • What's your energy level?

  • How are you feeling in one word?

After your practice, notice if anything shifted in your jaw, face, or posture. The little changes count.
