Relax and Unwind Experience - Day One

Welcome to Day 1 of the Relax & Unwind Experience ⭐️

Before we dive into any movement, I want you to do something most people skip: check in with your nervous system.

Today's Focus: The Release
Let go of what your body's been holding.

Your Practice:

🧘 Movement: Full Body Stretch & Relax - hitting spine, glutes, groin. The usual suspects.

🌬 Meditation: Soft belly breathing to anchor back into your body or move out of sympathetic activation.

Before you start:
Check in with how your hips feel, your low back, your energy level (1-5). Write it down if you want - or just notice.

After you're done:
What surprised you? What feels different? Did anything shift in your breath, posture, or mood?

That's the proprioceptive and interoceptive work that teaches you how to regulate YOUR unique system. What works for me might not work for you - our nervous systems have been shaped by completely different experiences.
