🌬 Meditation: Interoception - practicing awareness of the felt sensations in your body.

Same deal - check in before and after. Where's your tension living today? What shifts when you actually give it attention?

Quick reminder: relaxation is a skill. People say "I can't relax" or "I'm bad at relaxing" - but really, they're just unpracticed. The more you do this, the more accessible it becomes.
