How's your body feeling compared to Monday? I'm betting there's been some shifts, even if they're subtle.

Today's theme: The Reset. We're focusing on your front body and moving stuck energy through your system.

Today's routine:

  • Front body opening (hip flexors, chest)

  • 3-2-1 Grounding

  • Energy movement practices

Before you begin:

  • How does your chest feel?

  • What's your posture like right now?

  • Check your energy level

After, notice how the sighing felt—weird? relieving? Both are normal.
