Tension doesn't just build up - it gets stuck in your front body and your system. Let's move it out.

Your Practice:

🧘 Movement: Upper Back & Shoulders - gentle sequence to find some calm after a long day.

🌬 Meditation: Remembering your worthiness. (We all need this one.)

Before and after - notice what's different. How did the movement feel: weird, relieving, both? What happened with your breath?

Tomorrow is our last day - we're working lower back, inner thighs, groin, and hamstrings. Especially useful if you've dealt with sciatica or lower body tension.
